Pathetic service

I liked this place until i had the worst experience ever a few days ago. I took my family there for dinner and my dad ordered a grilled fish, when it came the fish was slightly under cooked so he asked the waiter to get the chef to cook it a little more. In the meanwhile everyone else's food arrived but the fish still hadn't come back from the kitchen after all of us had finished our food we noticed a waiter bringing back the fish from the kitchen but instead of coming to our table he took it to another table. Here of course is the kicker... the table he took it to had ordered pork...but none the less took the fish (let's not forget my dad had already taken a bite out of the fish before sending it back). Finally, it was almost an horu since we had sent the fish back and there were no sign of it coming back so we asked the waiter what had happened, to which he responded saying "actually we gave your fish to the other table" and promptly walked off. No signs of an apology or offering to replace the dish. Finally my dad just asked for the bill and not to his surprise at all they had charged him for the fish only when he reminded the waiter that he was being charged for a dish he didn't eat did the wait go in to a huddle with a manager and then consequently send across another waiter who asked if he could get my dad a dessert!! A little late realisation in my opinion. Overall terrible service and I believe the manager/owner was standing right beside us when all of this went down.
