Horrible place

We planned a team lunch and booked table (for 16 ppl) in this restaurant in advance. We reached the place 5 mins in advance and were shocked to find that they had given our table to another group which as per their records booked after we did. The host was too rude in even giving us this info and asked us to wait for 1 hour or so. Talking to the person who handles bookings didnot help. Finally after about 30mins of waiting, they told us to have starters in the place where we were standing and wait for some tables to get freed up in the next hour or so, and we walked out with our plans totally screwed up.
Such was the unprofessional behavior this restaurant management exhibited, totally unworthy of any decent crowd.
We didnot get a chance to taste their food.
Their interiors looked a cheap imitation of Jalsa.
They have 2-3 split differently themed seating area, but please dotn fall prey to the tactics, else you will be grilled in the oven like ambience in the afternoons.
OVERALL, TOTALLY USELESS PLACE. IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO, BE PREPARED TO BE HANDLE THE SHAME OF BEING TURNED BACK OR ASKED TO WAIT FOR HOURS. A BIG NO NO IF YOU ARE GOING FOR CELEBRATIONS OR TAKING YOUR CLIENTS ALONG
