Purchase Policy

  •   All users are requested to go through the relevant terms & conditions and accept them before proceeding to the payment gateway.

 •   Total amount of the gift coupon is loaded with taxes applicable at various restaurants. So the net amount for consumption may be less to extent of taxes as applicable from time to time.

Mode of Delivery

The ticket will be delivered in the form of electronic coupons with a unique id . This unique id will be intimated by SMS to the customer and restaurateur.

Claims

  •   Whenever you wish to utilize the gift coupon, table booking must be done through eveningflavors by calling us on 080-40894999 to enable us to make necessary arrangements and serve you better

  •   Only one claim is permitted per gift coupon. Duplicate claims will be rejected/declined.

  •   The validity of the gift coupon is 15 days from the date of issue, thereafter no request for extension/ refund will be entertained. No cancellation is permitted once the payment is made.

  •   Company reserves the right to make changes to the total price of the coupon withour any prior intimation.

  •   The total price of the coupon shall be added with taxes as applicable.
